This method relies on volumetric accuracy rather than guesswork or inconsistent finger-length measurements. By using a standard culinary teaspoon, you remove the variability inherent in manual application techniques.

1. Prepare your tools. Select a standard kitchen teaspoon. Ensure it is clean and dry to prevent contamination of the product. Dispense the sunscreen directly into the bowl of the spoon until it is level with the edges.
2. Distribute for efficiency. Apply small dots of the measured product across your forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. Distributing the product in small points prevents uneven application and allows for easier blending.
3. Blend the surface. Using gentle, circular motions, spread the sunscreen evenly across the surface of the skin. Ensure the product covers the entire face, including the ears and the hairline, without missing peripheral areas.
4. Final check. Observe the skin for any patches or streaks that indicate uneven distribution. If the product has moved into creases, smooth it over once more to maintain a flat, protective layer.
