  4. Misting for evaporation. Apply a fine, non-alcohol-based thermal water mist from a distance of eight inches. The evaporation process provides a secondary cooling effect as the water moves from liquid to gas. Do not allow the mist to dry completely; blot away excess droplets with a soft cotton cloth.
  5. Final environmental seal. Conclude by ensuring the immediate environment is not stagnant. A low-speed fan or consistent airflow prevents heat from accumulating on the skin. Keep your workspace or living area ventilated to support the work you have done.
