Hand Care That Actually Works

Consistent moisturizing with SPF during the day and a heavier treatment at night will keep hands soft and protected.

Your hands are in every photo and every handshake—treat them like the face accessories they are.

  1. Morning routine. Wash hands with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser. Pat dry, then apply a hand cream with SPF 15 or higher. Your hands see sun exposure every time you drive or sit by a window.
  2. Throughout the day. Reapply hand cream after every wash. Keep a small tube in your bag, car, and desk drawer. The key is consistency, not the perfect product.
  3. Evening treatment. Use a thicker hand cream or treatment before bed. Focus on knuckles, cuticles, and any rough patches. This is when your skin repairs itself.
  4. Weekly maintenance. Gently exfoliate with a body scrub or washcloth once a week. Push back cuticles when they're soft from the shower. File nails in one direction to prevent splitting.
